Very quick turn around between treatment and reimbursement from insurers

I printed out the claim form, filled in the required information and passed it on to my vets to enter their required information. Also asked the vets to email me my dogs medical history. Scanned the completed claims form and emailed it to Vetsure with the dogs medical history. I was slightly annoyed that I didn’t receive an email back to acknowledge my claim, but thought I’d wait a couple of days before checking that the claim had been received. After 2 days I received an email from Vetsure which I thought was an acknowledgment. However, I was shocked to find that the email was informing me that the claim was settled and would be paid into my bank account within 5 days (which it was). Wow. I have never received this kind of service from any other insurance company, let alone pet insurance. Brilliant. Make sure you supply Vetsure with all the information they require to enable them to promptly process your claim.

Once i had given my vetsure account number to the vets, i had the wonderful knowledge that the vets and the insurance company would deal with everything, including of course the cost. No worries for me except the small excess

We rushed our cat Monty into our vets as he had swallowed a foreign body and was obvious struggling. On examination he needed sedation to ensure any obstruction was removed. His treatment was expensive but I was able to claim immediately from Vetsure. My claim was looked at within the week and settlement was very prompt. I love the way Vetsure actually know Monty’s name and genuinely seem to care. I could get his insurance cheaper elsewhere but don’t believe I would ever get the same exemplary service. I have complete trust in them to do right by us.

So far all good. Getting insurance was easy even I had some technical issues when actually buying the insurance. overall process was easy and quite easy to understand what you're buying. I hope all will go fine if the insurance needs to be used. As owner of my dog Cooper Cliffhanger, I will be happy to service so far.

Easy to set up on line. Insurance policy was value for money, best one for our dog and used by our local vet.

It was really easy to set up. The lady was very knowledgeable and friendly. She didn't force me into anything, she gave me all the details of each one and I chose. I didn't have to wait very long before my call was answered.
