The claim was accepted and dealt with very efficiently.

We have been with Vetsure ever since getting our first dog. The cover is good, even with a lifetime excess and choice of excess amounts. We appreciate the convenience of our vets being able to handle the admin of claims. It is though quite expensive. We have two dogs, both insured with Vetsure and feel that the multiple dog discount should be greater. Nevertheless, based on our experience to date, we would not move from Vetsure.

Simple and efficient claim process via the vet meant that once I had paid the initial excess, all I had to worry about was getting my dog better. Clear breakdown of the claim amount and any payments I needed to make were emailed to me. Thank you, Vetsure.
