Our cocker spaniel has recently been diagnosed with an eye disorder which requires lots of treatment, Vetsure have been amazing at handling our claims quickly, efficiently and are always friendly and helpful.

The Vetsure team are kind, compassionate and caring. I haven't had to make a claim yet but I feel reassured that they work directly with my vet so will handle any money-related things with them AND that I will only have to pay the excess once per conditions. Those excesses can really add up with other insurers!

Amazing, we had to take our cat for a check on his heart and having him insured was a life saver. Vet sure is only one of the company's that pay the vet directly so that took away the stress of having to find a large amount of money to pay the vets.
