Generally smooth process. Took about a month to sort out. Not having made a claim before I don't know if this is good or bad.

When I rang them up the advisor couldn't of been more helpful, she went through everything in such detail with explaining it all to me in a simpler way! This is our first time insuring an animal, and with the simple process and explanations it has made us feel content knowing if anything happens with our puppy she'll be covered.

I recently changed pet insurance to Vetsure, based on their reviews. It was a smooth change, I haven’t used their services, but their prices were very favourable.

Easy to set up, helpful staff and competitive prices

I am haven’t had to claim from my insurance yet however the process for setting it up was made quick and easy. I had a few questions, called vet sure up and they was happy to help and provide all the right information.

Vet sure have been great. We recently got a puppy, vetsure were extremely helpful setting up insurance and the pet care plan is great too. Highly recommend.
