Never had a problem with any claim. Our dog suffers an allergy problem which requires a monthly injection. Which the vet claims from vetsure. Brilliant service

Despite working from home and the accompanying restrictions the staff still did an excellent job. They followed through enquiries and phoned back if they had to consult a colleague. The whole process was made as easy as possible with pleasant and caring staff. You felt valued as a client.
