I can't fault the service of Vetsure and the compassion they have for you and your pets. I havent given it 5 stars as I fundamentally disagree with the surcharge imposed for an older pet, especially when the pet has been with them since puppy hood. Ageism is not appropriate especially as over time the regular insurance payment covers any expenditure in older years and the fact that the insurance payment is 150% higher as a result of age.

I can not recommend vetsure enough. They are absolutely fantastic I had a horrendous experience at one of there certified vets and they fully supported me transitioning to another practise. They were regularly in contact with myself and so helpful and friendly. Their staff are so polite and friendly and made an unpleasant experience much easier for me. I have been insured with Vetsure for my 4yr old Husky since she was 12 weeks old. When she was 16wks old, she was diagnosed with Pancreatitis and it has reoccurred many times in her life and also left her with several other issues connected to her pancreatitis. Vetsure have covered the costs of the treatment, quickly and without question each and every time I have made a claim.
