Honest efficient, kind helpful.

My flat coated retriever became very sick and needed an operation to remove something that he shouldn’t have eaten. The Vetsure experience was excellent. I filled in a simple claim form and Vetsure paid the vet direct. I didn’t even have to lay out any money. It was all easy and quick. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Vetsure to other pet owners.

Luckily not had to make many claims in the 7 years I have had my dog but when I have Vetsure are always on the ball and sort it out promptly, yes I could get cheaper cover elsewhere but I am sure I would not get to customer service I get here and peace of mind knowing I am covered with no loopholes

Winter got pancreatitis and had to stay at the vets she was only 7months. Was the first time she hadn’t been with myself or her daddy human, so was very upsetting. But Vetsure were brilliant, dealing with inquiries very promptly and reassuringly . Everything was started and finished with with-in a week. So Happy vets, Happy Puppy,Happy parents and Happy Vetsure. Winter is getting better and more herself now bless her. Thankful of pet insurance.

Really easy to use - I filled in a short form at the vets when I took my dog in. I then got an email to click a button to electronically sign and that was it! Very easy and quick.
