We adopted an ex military GSD and took out life cover policy with vetsure pet insurance after 3 years milo developed a problem with his back leg ,but vetsure as it said looks after you simple claim which the vet did for us and settled immediately no problems.we have since rescued a pup which they gave second pet discount I have always said an insurance company is only as good as the claim and every body I speak to with other insurance companies have had problems with paying out thank you VETSURE
