Absolute SCAM!!!! Never heard of this company, or signed up to them. But they have taken £19.95 from my bank without authorisation!!! Spoke to bank they told me to contact them to get my money back as was a subscription! I've not spoken to them ever, cant get through on phone so have to email a ticket system but no reply, currently on phone to bank to try and get my money back!!!!

Robbing B@stards. Who are you? £19.95 taken from my account today without permission. Reported via the fraud act to my bank. Tried to contact Credit-Genius with no responses to either the phone or email. These are linked to car finance applications and loans.

Haven't a clue who yous are yet took 19.95 out of my account .. don't know how the hell you got my details as the telephone number on the account t (which I never set up so had to click forgot password) is an ancient telephone number .. I have cancelled the so called subscription and will be ringing fraud team tomorrow .. thieves!

Waste of time and money. Misleading sign up. Give you the same information that CreditScore and Expieran give for free. £19.95 basically stolen.

took money 2 x today from me reported it to my bank as i dont even know who this company is and why they have my details ! BE CAREFULL

I have unsubscribed,cancelled within the time allowed but you've still taken £19.95 out of my bank account so I've been in touch with bank and they have instructed me to contact you to arrange refunding the payment

They tried to take a payment over 300 times after they did it twice successfully! They won’t stop until they drain your account! Luckily enough my bank stopped them after the first 2 payments but will I get refunded, I don’t know. I have emailed them saying I want my money back as it wasn’t clear that it was a subscription I thought I’d get the loan then pay off £19.95 per month until it was cleared. This is what was explained in the contract however did not receive a loan.
