Onecom never use them. Do not even think of joining them. Listen dont even read anymore reviews, STOP right now. Go and find another provider. I repeat Do not go in any type of contract with onecom. After the experience I have had with them all I can say is If you do Try them get ready for sleepless nights.. If your want Onecom nightmares, please help yourself.

Today I spoke with Manjeet Sherawart and he helped me with my inquiries. But I am very unhappy with additional charges to my account. Many times I asked to cancel my insurance and why I was paying for the spam prevention. I hope now will be fine.

Manjit was fantastic and a real help

Impossible to escape from their contracts and I am now paying £122 per month for a sim-only deal with Vodafone that would cost £10 per month from any other provider. They have added an additional £19.95 to my company's bill also for a "OneCom Cyber Pro Plan" for the past two months without informing us.
