Beware of the small print

Beware of the small print. I regret signing up to a Sim only deal through Vodafone for one phone at £78.50 per month. Onecom would refund £23 each month, but the Onecom rep did not mention that the contract is for 3 years and they stop paying the discount after 17 months. I have another 14 months to go before I can escape their clutches. If I had gone direct to Vodafone I would be paying less than £40 for the same service. I will never go through Onecom again.

Terrible company don’t trust them my bill rocketed they didn’t care said I should of read the small print doesn’t matter what the sales person said. And i will get the where shocked reply but what they don’t do is call you, I can’t believe vodafone is partners with them

the only way this company could improve…further to my review and the reply from onecom i can confirm that no one from onecom has contacted me.

the only way this company could improve is to stop trading. its impossible to speak to any body i tried ringing the number for customer services and my phone flagged up the number as potential scam. i did manage to get a response from an email enquiring on the date my my contract expires and they are trying to tell me it still has 6 years to run. stay away from this company
