My Allure dress I absolutely STUNNING. It came on time and carefully wrapped. The extras were awesome and helped to complete the dress. The whole experience from start to finish was top notch. The availability of dresses that other salons said would take 16 weeks to deliver is probably where I should start. The incredible selection is second to none. It makes the other shops seem stuck in a time warp. 16 weeks for a dress? Why? But I digress, the customer service that May provided was outstanding. May gave me updates before I even knew that I needed them. May was also so patient with me because I took some time to choose my items. I really appreciated the polite follow up call and status emails. Highly recommend. I never set foot in their store, even though I am in NYC once each month. I trusted them.
