I ordered a dress ( for my daughter's school ball) before Christmas to be shipped to Australia. The dress arrived 3 weeks later ( even though I paid $45 for "expidited" shipping )and unfortunately did not fit my daughter. Due to the Christmas break, we were unable to return the dress during their 3 day exchange policy.( remember it took 3 WEEKS to get here!) They tell me they will get back to me in 24 - 48 hrs and then do not respond. My daughter is devastated. She has nothing she can wear for this important event in her life. I try live chat - they tell me they will respond then do not. Just avoid dealing with this company. Choose some reputable with good customer service. I will never use this company again and I would advise you to do the same. It's not worth the emotional stress.

Ordered one dress which didn't work out, and was able to return it for credit after calling and speaking with a customer service rep (outsourced?). The first order required a signature upon delivery which was a pain, as I work full time, but the second order did not. Shipping time to CA is not fast (1-2 weeks) but the dresses were well-packaged and well-protected. If you know the item you want and are sure of the size, it will probably work out.
