Tom at Waste Managed pulled our contract back from termination in one phone call. This was not just based on price, as this was not improved on to any notable degree, it was his understanding of our business and what we needed to run efficiently. Previous contacts at WM have not ben so efficient.

Really bad service. Pay for weekly collection. Not had someone collect for 2 weeks. Keep getting promised collection will happen by end of day 8pm but no one comes and office closes at 5pm. Just being fobbed off everytime. Will not recommend to anyone with a business. Still not collected . 31st January. Promises are not being kept. No point replying to review with broken promises. Very bad company. Left us in a right state. And we've paid for this service. This company is a scam!!

Waste Managed are awesome at getting you to sign up. Promising all bellsxand whistles. But BEWARE once you've signed it all goes down hill rapidly. Firstly they sent a bin that was dirtier than a dark alley woman of the night. Secondly, The lid was all bent and buckled out of shape allowing flies and vermin access. Which they said would straighten out over time. Then on further inspection on the lid it says NO BONES!!! After I told them I was a butchery business. Over a month later until the first bin is scheduled to be empty and they don't turn up to empty it!!! Then on a 20 minute phone call am told even if they come out they won't empty the bin because it has bones in it, arghhhh. Also the my everything app that they want you to sign up too is a waste of time, if you sent a message on it you never get a reply. I am a start up business and this is making a hard situation extremely harder. I can't wait to get out of this contract. According to my solicitor, it shouldn't be that difficult as they have not honoured they part of the obligation.
