Awful company

Awful company! Missed collections constantly. If you want to leave you will have been rolled into a new contract against your will before the date that they accept as cancellation. They stole money from my account so they could buy an asset (their useless app) took 18 months before I even got to use it and now they charge me a monthly fee to use it. Horrifying customer service, very rude people. Give smug responses when telling you you are stuck in a new contract and can't leave. Refused to give me an invoice now its on the app I get several a month and have to chase credit notes. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from these crooks!

Well had few issues lately with our bin…

Well had few issues lately with our bin collection but thankfully has been resolved. The gentleman whom taken my call today 17th February 2025 has been absolutely amazing and very helpful and listened to all my issues and resolved the issue with great support and patience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If I could put no stars I would. Please anyone thinking of using this company … don’t. I wish I would have read all reviews before getting in to a contract with these clowns. I have sent email after email to sort out the issues with my bin and am constantly ignored. I now have 2 overweight bins at my property as they have not collected one and the second sent with no lock so other people filling my bin that I will be charged for. All great when trying to get you in to contract then once you’re signed they don’t want to know. Rude, unhelpful staff that love to talk over you on the phone. Promised a voucher when I signed up that never materialised. I have never been in a contact with such a useless company in all my years as a business owner. 18/2/25 Now you have replied to my review, check what I wrote, as your reply does not solve these issues. I have also confirmed that a bin has been delivered but WITHOUT A LOCK AS I ALREADY SAID.

Avoid at all costs!

Honestly I am at my witts end with this company and the service that I am not being provided with. Since signing up with them in 2022 I have had an appalling service. It started off ok with regular waste removal every two weeks. It then went downhill. I have spend hundreds of hours trying to contact them, complaining and false promises of bin collections. My commerical bin is always overflowing as it is not emptied when it should be. They changed my partner services to Veolia in December after I complained we have had the bin emptied once since December.I spoke to Joseph Albert back in January and complained to him he assured me the bin would be collected with 48 hours it never was. He assured me he would personally deal with this and he would call me back or email me a call and email I am still waiting for. My case has been sent to the cancellations team Sam Johnston is dealing with my case and I have had several conversations as I literally cannot take this anymore.He is unhelpful and keeps saying that he is looking into this its been weeks now! I want out of my contract and I am still calling up weekly to find out why the bin has not been emptied. They have said that on occasions they could not access the bin however this is all on their data where the bin is located and and the code. I am paying £60.00 a month and the service is not being provided. I spoke with a senior customer experience agent Georgia Elliott back in December she partnered with the new supplier Veolia I have sent her emails regarding this and yes reply. Their is zero customer service with this company they say they will call back for an upadate they never do. They do not reply to email. Every week I am on calls trying to chase Sam Johnston to terminate my contract early and he keeps informing me hes looking into it. Meanwhile my commercial waste has been emptied once by Veolia since January! Sam advises that he is looking into a refund a refund I am still waiting for. Honestly I have never in my life had to deal with such an incompetent company. My neighbours that all have commercial businesses have their bins picked up every two weeks yes problem they are right next to mine. I am now suffering stress and anxiety due to this ongoing problem that really is quite simple. Alison

The call staff are great but company awful

The call staff are great and they try their best, but the company is ridiculous. We haven't had our bins picked up for 3 weeks now , I was inn hospital so couldn't provide photos, and they have charged us and said they have, They lied and Said numerous occasions they've been picked up our rubbish, they promised to fix Thursday, no one came but they reported they did. Again the same on Friday. This is a weekly occurrence. avoid at all costs
