We have missed 3 bin collections which…

We have missed 3 bin collections which you will not refund us for. You have take £7.92 out of our bank account without our knowledge, you then say that it was done incorrectly but instead of crediting our bank account as requested, you credit our account. We are awaiting being moved from Veolia to Biffa but the bin collection keeps being delayed and you can't tell me a date for when the Biffa bin will arrive. We have rubbish overflowing which is unsightly. I'm extremely disappointed with the whole service/situation.

Bins remain uncollected - in fact I have 2 as 1 hasn't been collected since change of supplier! I'm now having another change of supplier so I have 2 full unemptied or not collected bins that I'll probably be stuck with. Also to cancel the contract is like 6 months notice! Avoid this company go to the waste carriers direct as I plan to!

read the small print… "auto-renews"

Make sure you read the small print regarding auto renewal - keep you locked in with difficult cancellation policy and hike the prices until you are paying double the market rate with no escape without threats of huge fees to leave... avoid at all cost.

Very disappointed

I was told that the service was reliable that’s why I went with this company stayed in all day for the bin to be delivered had a phone call at 430 to say there is a problem so it might be here tomorrow is this the way to start a contract what they collect is what they are Rubbish!!
