Initially all was very good but unfortunately still haven’t received my even after delivery date then had a follow up call to check delivery I told them not received and the would chase that day and let me know and at the same time said they would arrange a collection for the rubbish I had piled up for free still no sign of bin or rubbish collection. Also not as important but was told I would receive a £50 shopping voucher which I also have not received. Not happy at all and considering cancelling my contract

Misrepresenting, No replies, Scamming, Fraudulent & darn right Rogue
Where to start!! Email chain signing up to a 12 month contract, then a phone call rushing me through a whole load of "congasigns" whilst I was on the phone (probably my own blunder for been so trusting). Somehow the contract now says 24 months?! Email chain said "will only be £37 + VAT no other charges" Then all of a sudden, missed collection charges & overweight charges! DO NOT TRUST THE BIN SIZE OFFERED! A 660L bin is limited to 40KG!!! Quite literally, 1/4 full of general waste tops this figure. Moving on, weeks for the bin to actually turn up - first one was damaged (smashed), second one was fine, but without a key - it took probably 5/6 phone calls and 5/6 emails and then I finally got a key! Then the extra charges came, over weight, missed collections due to no access. At the point that the contract was agreed the access hours were between 9-5. This was diss-regarded, hence the charges. Then the random collection days turned up when the bin was not outside to be collected, again, more charges for their own blunder! Following all of these issues (many of each issue) they simply do not reply to emails, I even got to the point as grouping all of the past 3/4 emails on one, then forwarding them all saying "any response" to which obviously, I had no response. Cancelling the direct debit seemed to bring thing to life! Well, my bins were not been collected, missed collections on random days at random times bills kept coming through so why am I paying for a service that I am not receiving?! They charged £40 for the missed direct debit, then forced me to pay the previous bills for collections to continue the service. Foolish of me to think that if I have paid for all of the collections (for arguments sake 2 months of 2 collections = 4 collections) thinking that I am now in lou for these collections, Oh no! business as usual rolling in with the overweight charges (perhaps even a gesture of doubling up on the weight to 80kg to even things up) No - email ignored. I am now in the process of reporting this shoddy company to every single governing body to stop their ways as by looking through reviews (which I whish I did) they have scammed hundreds of people! To sumarise; - No reply to emails - Will not call you back - On the phone they are completely useless and you always need to be called back, yet this does not happen. - Misrepresenting their services - Hooking you into hooky contracts - Surprise charges left right and centre - Fraudulent. I do look forward to this business' response to these claims, the email chain they will find of comprehensive evidence, highlighting their shoddy practices and 95% ignored emails will be take some good explaining. EDIT; In reply to the gasslighting response, missing out some very key details; You stated I contacted you on 09/09/24 regarding a key - I actually contacted you; - 11/07/24 requesting a key and that the bin is damaged (ignored) - 13/07/24 Again, asking for a key and the 84kg overweight somehow? (ignored) - 02/09/24 Again, about a key, non collections (bin was accessible) (ignored) - 02/09/24 Forwarding a copy of the previous email asking for a reply (ignored) - 26/09/24 Finally having a key! an email to say the bin is warped so much that the lock does not engage and finally having enough and my intentions to cancel the fraudulent contract and I stopped the direct debit. (paying for a service that was not carried out) again.... (ignored) Only once several phone calls were made did I actually get a key but no explanation for the non collections, overweight and general fraudulent business regarding the contract. I would also like to add, that we have cameras pointing at our gate. Missed collections before were the lorry ariving outside of the allocated times (blaming us) and then, after these times were put into the contract - missrepresenting times that the lorry arrives (disproved by our cameras) If only you were so quick to reply and explain things as you are to a review on a completely separate website! I do hope this gaslighting response that now has been disproved provides potential customers with a large enough deterrent not to use your services!

I have had repeated issues with this company from the inception of my contract, with repeated failed collections, bin changes and no communication from those attempting to collect. As a food business, this is unacceptable
