I have been waiting for a response from waste managed regarding a collection date for my waste I was advised of a response on the same day Unfortunately I still have not received any response I am having to call myself to find answers

Updated: 13/1 - still no collection. Our last general waste collection was on the 18th December. 26 days late. 3 missed collections in a row Update: still no call back, we have sought legal advise who have provided us with a letter to terminate our contact due to them fraudulently falsifying waste collection notices which is a breach of contact. Avoid these cow boys at all cost as they have caused so much harm to my business Horrendous service, missed collection after missed collection. Call back promises that never happen. Snotty emails saying that bins are over weight but fail to account for the excess weight due to the missed bin collections. Moved to this company and saved £3 a month with moving from local council but easily spend 5-6 hours a month chasing after them for not even getting the basics rights.
