Unfortunately after being called several times and being ‘pushed’ into agreeing a contract I signed an electronic form. I was not aware there was no period of time for cancellation, I called the day after to cancel my contract as my personal circumstances had changed. My emails and phone calls have been mostly ignored by Glenn …… I am disappointed to be honest. As a GP I don’t have time to be constantly chasing a waste management company who are not sympathetic enough to cancel my contact a day later……I personally would not recommend this company.
