Absolutely Dodgy company that you need to avoid! Contacted them 3 times even! After speaking to Joe Amar, & cancelled the contract way in time! & they were still not picking up there bin off my site! AVOID…! @ all costs 👎🏽👎🏽

I'm appalled at the lack of service from this company. I'm a tattoo studio owner and stupidly signed a contract with this company to dispose of my clinical waste. 9 WEEKS with no collection. After calling several time filled with false promises and full site collections ect absolutely nothing! I'm still left with a over flowing bin and another bin load stacked at the side of it! Promised a full site collection today and I've had staff in all day waiting and nobody has been. Payments coming out the bank willy nilly. Avoid this company at all costs! FOR 2 MONTHS IVE PAID FOR A SERVICE I HAVEN'T RECEIVED!

The team member was SUPER helpful and so so lovely! Really value all the help she gave me and so relieved she was able to resolve the issue - so quickly too! She went above and beyond the help me. (deserves a pay rise in my opinion)
