I received a final bill from this awful company. Having said that, I thought we already had a final bill and finally a final credit! Obviously, they do not wish to settle the credit balance. So now I received the final bill for container collection!!!! Never heard such things. We have 26 sites across the country, we dealt with a few waste collection companies but we never ever were charged for such an item at the end of the contract/service period. To all current and potential customers, please be aware that there must be a small print somewhere that they charge for a bin collection at the end! I did not even bother to look, and I did not even bother to call the arrogant team! What`s the point??? The rate for collection is outrageous! £75!!!! That is higher than our monthly bill used to be!

Awful experience. Each team member was saying different things! Left out so many things! Good job I read the contract in depth as this made me change my decision and not go ahead with the service with them. I would not recommend.
