UPDATE after review response: Where exactly am I suppose to contact you? I did state in the survey satisfaction (twice) that the cleaner left 30 mins earlier but the cost / invoice hasn’t been updated. ____ While I’ve usually had great experiences with Wecasa, we recently had a cleaner that left 30 mins earlier and it’s impossible to talk to anyone at Wecasa to get the cost of the session adjusted! The chat function is a bot that tells me to fill in the satisfaction survery which I’ve done twice but still no one contacts me about it!!

The booking system was easy. However the cleaner who was first supposed to come cancelled the morning of the service. It was easy enough to find a new one though. The pro was on time, cleaned efficiently.

Wecasa truly gets it! What sets you apart is hiring cleaners who genuinely enjoy cleaning and treat it as more than just a chore. Aminata did an amazing job! She was punctual and polite, and she instantly put me at ease. Everything looks spotless; she was super efficient and friendly. I'm definitely happy with the service and would love to have her regularly.
