The standard of the clean was so poor that I had to clean most rooms again. What a waste of money. I contacted customer service straight away and 3 days later still haven’t heard a thing. Won’t be using again!

They only came once

They only came once. Not good cleaning. Very slow. Also charged me twice and unable to get a refund. Terrible.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Wecasa. We had scheduled 2 cleaners, but only one turned up. The lack of professionalism shown by the cleaner who didn’t even bother to show up is simply unacceptable. This left us in a difficult position, as we were counting on both cleaners to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time. The second cleaner, who did arrive, spent 3 hours on our kitchen and living room, but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the results. Despite the time spent, the cleaning did not meet my expectations, and I had to go over areas that were missed or not properly cleaned. Overall, this experience has left me very dissatisfied . I expected a higher level of service, especially given the inconvenience caused by the no-show. I would not recommend this company to others based on this experience.
