Cleaner cancelled, money on hold and still no cleaner

I booked for a cleaner first time yesterday using this service and the cleaner cancelled this morning fair enough things happen, however the Money was taken & on hold so when they give you a replacement cleaner which was fine they then cancelled that cleaner and said I cancelled them when I did not. So you basically have to pay again until you sort with your bank it is a hassle and inconvenience also now left with no cleaner today not a great experience at all. To add you cannot get in touch with customer service person only a web chat bot or read articles for help l. I was hoping to have a regular cleaner person from here i now have to find somewhere else last minute.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. We hired a cleaner with wecasa. The cleaner arrived 25mins late with no apology. I provided all the required cleaning items to clean ( all items I use). Unfortunately the level of cleaning was unsatisfactory, I'm not a professional cleaner and don't expect a 'pro' to clean worse than me, but this is what we got. In addition, we showed cleaner where everything was kept, however they just left all cleaning products scattered around flat inaddtion to dirty dustpan on an item we had delivered. On TOP of this, they blocked our toilet!!!!!!! So once they left, I had to actually clean the flat and put everything away INADDITION to unblocking the toilet. When I left feedback to complain, all I was offered was £15 off next session. If complaint was dealt with satisfactory I may have used the company again (different cleaner), but after being fobbed off with a £15 discount, I'll just use another service provider. Update: Since writing the review wecasa have refunded my money, which they have done quickly. There are probably great cleaners on the platform but for now we will look at other platforms, due to our experience and only receiving refund due to review and issue not being handled via their complaints process.

Great first outing with Wecasa

have been served up the WeCasa instagram stories for a few weeks and bit the bullet and booked. It was super easy and quick, we booked on the Friday and our cleaner came to see us today (Monday). Considering it was the hottest day of the year, Sherma was lovely and did a great job considering the weather was unbelievably hot. The hardest thing for us in the past has been consistency, so I am excited to have an app that I can book through that takes away the risk of a cleaner not being available on that specific day.

Amazing Service

The Cleaner I booked on the Day arrived and understood what the focus if the Day would. I came Home to a well Cleaned Kitchen. Pity she ran out of time. I highly recommend and will have a back soon.
