The specialist was very nice and efficient and did an excellent job.

The job should have been straight forward fitting a water saver but due to the age of the system became more complicated. The technician persisted even when the water supply could not be isolated and he had to cut into live flow to replace a valve. Despite being soaked he completed the job and made sure that everything was cleaned down and working properly. An excellent service and great commitment.
