Rentokil responded very quickly, within 24 hours to clear a rat infestation under kitchen units of a flat I had just bought. Everyone was friendly helpful and brought in a technician from 150 miles away to clear, clean and disinfect the whole area on the same day. He also checked under all kitchen units to make sure there was nothing lurking! Not cheap but a first class job and fast friendly response from all involved. I thoroughly recommend Rentokil. After a struggle to get our sanitary units changed! I spoke to Ross Hillerby in customer service this afternoon who solved the problem immediately. Great service throughout. Donna and Audra were very professional in the initial survey and we were guided through all steps thereafter by Donna. With every contact we were more reassured that everything would be addressed and dealt with completely professionally with no stress to ourselves. The actual process was completed in a couple of hours and the technician was very thorough. Five stars to all employees and their workmanship!

I was faced with my rental flat covered from floor to ceiling in mould. From the moment I rang Rentokil for advice, a representative discussed the situation with me. I then met with Tracey from Rentokil at the property. It was very useful to have the same person I'd spoken to over the phone, meet with me. The same day, a quote was provided with photographs. The following week Rentokil were booked to remove the mould and have done a fantastic job. I was also impressed that Rentokil picked up the keys to the property from me to save me driving multiple trips. I would recommend Rentokil, they are professional company yet keeping the personal touch with their customers which is important. Special thanks to Tracey and the team that were involved.

The team did the best they could with the equipment they had. Adam Bridge kept me informed throughout and asked me to check the work before and on completion. Cleaning is a side to Rentokil I never knew about. Well done and thanks.
