Marc and Dave did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of the process they were doing and explained every step. They also made sure any questions I had were answered as well as making helpful suggestions. They were clean and tidy. Respectful of other people working around them and cracked on with the job in a timely manner. We then did 9 swabs of the area after they had cleaned (while they were there) and they passed every swab with flying colours. Thank you guys so much for your quick response, your help and all the information you provided us!

Danny came and cleared the lift shaft, he worked almost 2 days none stop from 9-5pm!! the problem was rectified and am happy with the work carried out. Danny was friendly and kept me updated at all times. Thanks you

Really very good indeed - I was delighted. I didn’t know what to expect, or how easy it would be to remove some mould in a really awkward place, but they did a fantastic job. One recommendation - they should bring some large paper or linen sheets to use on stairs, rather than something which could become somewhat slippery. I’m very impressed overall, though.

Flood clean up work, as always, was done to an extremely high standard. No matter which of the team come to complete the work they are courteous, thorough and professional.
