Mark Starkey came into our store last week following a flood with 2 colleagues over 2 days and worked so hard cleaning everything up. He helped move stock around so he could get all the water out, disinfected everywhere and ripped all the damaged carpets up and moved them to the skip. Thank you for saving the day and allowing us to trade within 24 hours of the flood.

The boys were great! Big dirty mess in the garden thoroughly cleaned, friendly, efficient and fast.

Nick Zikking clearly explained the proposed process for both the mold removal and extraction system cleaning also outlining honestly where there may be any difficulties or reason why certain areas could no be reached. Both tasks completed with the minimum of fuss by friendly, caring and pleasant workforce obviously wanting to give it their best effort. Nick was present for a good period of time on both occasions to check all was going well and that I was happy with progress. Both contracts were expensive but had been left for some considerable time and were in a very bad state and I was promised that it would be cheaper if done regularly from now onwards. All in all I was pleased with the communication, professional work attitude, support, quality, speed of availability and follow up. Thank you Nick and the team

When faced with a difficult clean up situation it’s a bit daunting to know who to turn to for help. Mark got back to my enquiry straight away, responded to emails quickly, and the job was booked in and efficiently dealt with. The team were fantastic and very respectful, items were removed as necessary or cleaned and sanitised to a very high standard. I would highly recommend them.
