Very good service! Made the toilets very clean and smelling great thank you we appreciate your hard work

We are a manufacturing facility based in South Wales, we are currently in the process of moving to a bigger site so staffing at our existing facility has been reduced to a minimum. The specialist that called at our existing site to carry out the service was very professional, courteous & polite at all times, his work was thorough and completed to a good standard.

Your rep was on site and advised what he was here for and was very keen and advised he'd been to all required areas as requested.

The specialist clean up was carried out to a high standard by the two workers. It smelt as clean as possible under the circumstances. Also all flies removed from the house. The two workers were friendly and approachable. I requested a receipted in voice for the work and haven’t received that only a service agreement and a card receipt. The quotation was without VAT and did say this but did not state the full price including VAT. I’m not a business so am not used to VAT so at first didn’t even notice that VAT was not included. More clarity on this needed. The assessor was helpful and friendly but I think for her own protection she should not have had to do the assessment alone. I was unable to be present myself.

Excellent service provided. Friendly, helpful and informative. Very efficient from start to finish, booking appointment and completing job efficiently to a high standard. 100% satisfied.

Darren from the southern Rentokil Specialist Hygiene Team is a rockstar! He arrived early and provided exceptional customer care by listening to our requirements. He was very considerate of the needs of my Mum, as we were unable to move her out of the flat to allow the cleaning to start. He did an exceptionally thorough job of cleaning and disinfecting my Mums flat, making sure that I was satisfied with his work before leaving. Very professional and a great credit to Rentokil.
