I was so pleased with my work in my wetroom today, the workman was very friendly, helpful and professional, nothing was too much trouble. My bathroom is now fresh and clean a job well done

We have had need of Rentokil service in an emergency as we were literally one evening before moving into the new house we were going to rent. The specialist Ian To came in late in the afternoon, gave us a thorough analysis of the situation and came back immediately afterwards to sanitize the house from a bad case of black mould in the kitchen area. After around two months the mould started growing back and Ian came back very quickly to assess the situation. Apparently there is a lack of insulation in the external walls so he offered guidance in how to proceed. The landlord agreed and we are in the process of having the works necessary being completed. We can't really be other than grateful to Mr. To for his professionalism and proactivity with our case. We will definitely use Rentokil if other issues arise that can be taken care of by them.

Rentokil always provide an excellent and professional service. Even when called at short notice they never fail to excel in all areas. From the sales department through to the operatives, every member of staff are always polite, courteous and helpful. In my experience Rentokil have never failed to provide us with the service and high standards required in a critical care hospital.

Really quick, on a 4 hour call out here within 1.5hrs. Professional and kept me updated on everything in detail. Advised on what was needed to be done afterwards and quick in dealing with issues, finishing within 2.5hrs and checked other areas which hadn't been mentioned
