Contacted the company on the length of time it was taking for my order to process and ship over 2 weeks and left that message on Monday. Late Tuesday morning I received a call from TSA the gentleman informed me that he would take care of it and if I did hear anything by Friday to contact him. On Wednesday I received my order they had shipped it out overnight. You hardly see companies out there doing things like that anymore. I will do more business with this COMPANY in the future.

First of all, we were buying coats and sweatshirts for a local homeless shelter and were thrilled to find such great items at a practically free price! That was an online order. On a personal order I placed online, I needed to call you for help with the personalization and the rep I spoke with on another order was helpful and pleasant. We received the boxes for the homeless shelter quickly and are waiting for the personalized order to arrive. Very happy all around!
