Terrible/no customer service
I ordered a rain jacket from Transportation Safety Apparel. It arrived quickly, but was the wrong size - I ordered a small, and they sent an extra small. It did not fit. I sent an email to their customer service center. Got no response for five days (to be fair, some of that time was over a holiday weekend, but there was still ample time to reply). I emailed them again. Even though the website says call or email customer service for returns, the only reply I got to my second email was a brusque, one-line response: "Call 866-304-7189 to process your request." So I called them. I got a voicemail message that said it was either outside of business hours (it wasn't) or all their representatives were busy helping other customers, but that if I left a message with my contact information, a customer service representative would get back to me. I left a message with my name, number, and the fact that I needed to return the jacket because they sent me the wrong size. Twenty-four hours later, they still hadn't gotten back to me. I called them again, also during business hours, and got the same automated message. I left another message with my name and contact information. They did not return my call. The next day, I called a third time and got the same message. Again, I left my contact information and a description of the problem. Still no reply. It has been a week and a half since I sent my first email. After two emails and three phone calls, I still have not heard back from them about how I can return this item. Very frustrating experience, especially since it was all due to a mistake on their end to begin with. Would not order from them again.

When the order was placed, the item was put on back order. I did not received notification of this. I had to call twice to find out about my order.
