Lack of response. I ordered a jacket personalized on front and back. It was charged to my credit card. received the jacket personalized on back only, not on front. Have emailed the company multiple times with no resolution.

Great Experience. Jennifer knew I needed a product and she found it...it had been discontinued, but she went the extra step and found the canvas bags I needed. She then followed up to make sure I placed my order correctly, and continue to track and keep me posted until they were in my hands. It's been over a month and I have not received safety jacket and emails have stopped.

I ordered my items on a Saturday, paid for two day delivery, received my items 10 days later and was told I couldn’t get refunded my additional shipping costs. If they had a 1/64th of a star, that would be too much of a rating. I’m completely dissatisfied!
