Been over two weeks and still have not received my merchandise

We like the vests that we have received but are disappointed that we did not get all that we ordered (3 backordered). Will we be getting them when they get in?

ordered product $$$ paid for two day delevery and there it is one week later and no product regardless of holiday they should of sent some kind of notice of delay they were quick to take my money but not delever with there promise bad juju

I ordered a women's Eddie Bauer Fleece Vest because I was replacing one purchased directly from Eddie Bauer about five years ago. Your vest arrived yesterday (11/24/2017) with a broken zipper. In addition, the zipper slider was inserted on the wrong side? The zipper itself was very narrow compared to my older vest and the quality of the zipper, the fabric of the vest and even its color were below my expectations. I will be returning your vest today via Priority Mail (USPS). I am hoping to receive a full refund since I could not zip up the vest AT ALL! Thank you.

Extremely thin, much thinner than advertised. Would return but having to pay you to return items I'm not satisfied with is ridiculous. Last time buying from you.

Day 14 and still no product?!? I think they need some shipping help - first it is being sent USPS, and then it is being sent UPS - but alas, as of this writing 11-22 at 12:24pm - no delivery!? And a long thanksgiving weekend to boot - maybe will see our order for Christmas!!
