We were in dire need of this order and instead received someone elses order.

I'm new to this website. The website designed very well, but orders do not getting on time. I didn't have any issues when I called them to return the item - stuff were very nice, quick and polite. But I got very confused when orders come in partial filled. I received an email from the agent stated the order 2208955 fulfilled. Unfortunately, we didn't got 1 item from the list, its on the backorder. All country go to paper less system and I wish that IT added better truck system to the web, where I would open my order and I would see a status of it (backorder/hold) and estimated delivery time. Also my supervisor found out and share with me that better to order small orders and its getting faster than a lot of items ( Nice to know as well)

Love the product prices are low if u call they are so happy to help nice people the kind of people u would sit down with for a nice meal with. I work ind oil industry and we destroy our closing so for the price and the quality go hand-in-hand as my wife says rug and comfort thanks.
