The order was all wrong when it came in.

I called to see if it was possible to have my items delivered before Monday since we are expected to have freezing temps that morning. Originally it wasn't going to arrive in time, but I talked to Kim Troupe and she made it happen for us! Our items are set to be delivered on Friday- just in time before the winter storm hits. We are beyond grateful for the speedy service and outstanding customer service! Thank you again, Kim!!

You sent me the wrong hats. I ordered black, you sent camo. Tried getting the order fixed and nobody would respond to my emails. ~Update~ After my review, I feel like the company did the correct thing.

First of all, I was about to order these pants from another online company, but they had a disclosure about hemming, and other issues that may delay my order. I then did another google search, saw you guys and decided to buy from you. The pants are nice and fit well, but the thing that impressed me the most was the speedy delivery time. When UPS pulled up to my house, I thought that it was a Walmart delivery...when I saw that it was the pants, I couldn't believe it. Apparently the pants were in stock (and hemmed), so the turn around time was incredible. I really did appreciate it.
