There have been some mix-ups with our availability, and we have some scheduling conflicts due to that. The Algebra tutor was great in his first class, but the first assigned Executive function tutor did not work for us due to problems with his Internet and other issues that I discussed with support and had to pair with a new one. The new one was very accommodating with her schedule but my son has not had any sessions with her yet.

My one on one tutor is amazing 5+ stars. The 3 group classes that I took, I have rated 4.5, 3 and 0. The AI help and tests are really good. IT help was ok. Class and billing questions were answered promptly.

Eric is very knowledgeable and patient. I am pleased with his efforts so far. I've had some audio issues that turned out were on my end, but now I'm just trying to figure out how to not have the sound of my laptop's fan drown out all the conversation when I try to watch the recording. Also, I have 2 screens and didn't know that when I shared a screen from my TV that in the recording it shows up like it was on my laptop, covering the whiteboard. Now, even though I can see what was on the whiteboard, I can't watch him add things as he explains, and I couldn't figure out how to explain the equation he assisted me with and got a D on my paper.

Devin made sure we found the perfect to help my daughter with her studies in APCalc BC and Physics. It was a pleasure working with him.

Our daughter struggled with reading. It was an emotional event just to read for 20 minutes. With the help of Renee her reading and comprehension has improved dramatically. She no longer read individual words, she reads the entire sentence and paragraph. The stories in reading and word problems in math are all making much more sense to her. Renee has been a patient and creative tutor. We couldn’t ask for a better fit for our daughter.

These people are scammers. Do not use Varsity Tutors. They don't have qualified people for ANY college level class. I purchased four lessons for about $300. They auto charged my card for the next two months, $450 per month. They auto enroll you in a subscription no matter what you ask for. Absolute crooks. If it wasn't so beneath me I'd meet them in court for unfair business practices. Luckily a grand won't break my bank, but others aren't so fortunate. Please watch the charges on your card!

Mr Ribas started to work with my son Scott on SAT prep course since Mid January this year. He is an experienced teacher, He is encouraging Scott and motivating him to learn. Scott enjoys to take the class.
