The movers on the day were polite, friendly, and very efficient. The move out was stress-free. I kook forward to Armishaws delivering it all back to my next house.

Polite and helpful service.

This is the sixth time we have used Armishaws Removals to move a show home. The booking process is managed swiftly from booking an estimator, obtaining a quote and booking the date all manged promptly and efficiently. On the day they turn up on time with plenty of packing materials and care is taken every step of the way. All of the furniture is carefully wrapped and moved with no damage being caused. All of the accessories are boxed with plenty of packing materials. We have not had any damaged items. Nothing is too much trouble. I can thoroughly recommend Armishaws service and we will not be using anyone else. They are a pleasure to work with. Kebbell Homes

Did a great job and were very friendly

We were, in very large part, dissatisfied with the service we received from Armishaws. The removers were pretty good on the day they collected our furniture - obliging, friendly and efficient. However, when the furniture was returned to us from 5 months in storage, we were not available to receive it and a some pieces were damaged or broken. We were absent due to being locked down in France whilst COVID arrangements were in place, so by the time we got back to our house and could inspect our possession, nearly 2 months had passed and we felt that we had little recourse to complaint at this late stage. This was not the worst of it. The service we received by some office staff, namely Chris Lewis was appalling. Since we were, as indicated above, isolated in France there was always likely to be a difficulty getting back to the UK to carry out our furniture removals, thus by the time we were ready to request this, the price had been put up, quite considerably. We received no notification of his price rise until we called the company. Understandably, this caused Some consternation and anger on our part, not least because we discovered the price rise after flights home etc were booked and finding another company to move us would have been impossible at such short notice. When I expressed my panic and frustration to Mr Lewis, it was met with a smug, dismissive and arrogant attitude - suggesting that if we didn't like it we could go somewhere else. He may well have sensed that we were very much over a barrel and committed to Armishaw’s, but his customer service and manner have discredited the company. We will never use the company again and will actively discourage others of our friends in the UK and France, who are likely to need a removals and storage company from using Armishaws.

Nothing was too much trouble, the team worked very hard for us, thank you.

I have now user Armishaws three times now and I cannot praise them highly enough. The men arrive on time with big smiles on their faces and get to work straight away. They are helpful and understanding what is a very stressful time. They all work extremely hard and get the job done very quickly. Well done the boys and staff at Armishaws and a special thank you to Bernie who works in the accounts department we had many talks and she was so sympathetic to my situation. Thank you Bernie. The team were very helpful

The removal men were fantastic. They were personable and knew their role, able to make suggestions when asked. They worked hard and any glitch in the process did not faze them. I would recommend those particular guys to anyone.
