Appalling! 17 months after initial move taking 4 days from Suffolk with 24 containers into storage at Wincanton Depot for 4 months then move to Devon am I able to write this reivew! Estimator underestimated by 6 containers, an inexperienced crew sent to do a massive pack and removal. Arrived late, truck and trailer stuck in drive twice, trucks wanting to leave before completing removal. Charged more for removal out of storage depot to Devon. Antique furniture insufficiently packed and damaged. Absolutely no customer service when attempting to resolve issues. I would never recommend the company.

The sales staff and management team were very rude and totally incapable of having a grown-up conversation about a change in our circumstances and providing a new quote. They were borderline aggressive, were rude and then hung up on me. They threatened to take more money from us (having already taken the deposit), having done zero work. They belittled other removal companies, and acted extremely unprofessionally throughout. I feel completely vindicated on my opinion of them having read other reviews on these guys. There are lots of great removal companies around who are capable of treating you courteously, even if there's changes or a disagreement. So use someone else and save yourself the stress and trouble of dealing with Armishaws.

Armishaws stood by us throughout the Coronavirus months of waiting to move from our old house to this new one. They took great care with the packing of the many pictures. I would recommend Armishaws to to anyone.

Bell & Sons removals made our move effortless and safe during an uncertain and dangerous time. Before the move, we received some safety rules which put us as a family with a vulnerable adult and a child at ease. Communication was consistent before the move to ensure all was ready and that we had anything we needed to facilitate the move itself. On the day a crew of highly professional and friendly gentlemen made the move effortless whilst wearing PPE and sticking to strict guidance, offering safe solutions to any issues which arose around current COVID guidelines. Would highly recommend this company to any person or business moving if you want a professional, no-hassle experience.

Gary and Matt moved my parents from Hampshire to Herefordshire and they were awesome! Very friendly, very funny and nothing was too much of a problem. They went over and above the call of duty and were complete professionals. Moving is very stressful and moving during COVID-19, even more so... But Matt and Gary made the whole process on the days much easier and took the stress out of it. Thank you to a comedy double act that made mum and dads move so much easier than expected.

An excellent job by Matt and Gary. The surveyor priced the job at a day and a half's work. It was then changed to a full day with a large crew. Matt and Gary did the full pack and load in just under 6 hours! They worked virtually non-stop. Everything now goes into store and we're looking forward to seeing it all following the eventual unload.

We could not have had better service during our recent house move than we received from Armishaws. The operation took two days and the two Armishaw employees who were engaged worked tirelessly throughout that time and with good humour.

Very poor communication with sales team. The admin team is very good and helpful but the sales team is unreliable, not good at communication once the deal has been concluded. I have had rude replies to my email during lockdown. The price quoted was reviewed to the increase. As we could not get our belongings from storage, we had to pay the full amount for longer that we wanted/needed. The people doing the move were very good, polite and helpful though.

We were nervous trusting others to move our precious kit to the new house but Armishaws were absolutely brilliant. The pre-move communication was excellent and the staff at Armishaws' HQ did a brilliant job. Everything happened on time and with the minimum of fuss. The collection team of Darren, Jordan and Toby took great care wrapping and packing our kit and finished in no time at all. The delivery team, Matt and Gary, unloaded and put everything in the correct rooms whilst we unpacked and unwrapped. The two teams were a credit to the company and they were all friendly and helpful. I cannot find any element of fault or concern and so have no hesitation in recommending Armishaws to you.

Recently moved 11-03-20, I was already at the new location so my wife and daughter facilitated the pick up - Matt and Gary where amazing, ensuring that my wife felt safe and aware what was going on at all times, they quickly and efficiently packed the old house, so friendly, excellent customer service. They even traveled down the same day, contacting me at the new house with updates of arrival. They even got most of the new house unpacked that day ! I was so happy that they cared about what they were doing. Next day they were done even before my wife and daughter arrived (1000) 5 stars . Under what was the start of the COVID crisis they were understanding and professional. Thank you Matt and Gary for making what should be a stressful task so easy.
