Thorough check on who zi was and

I was booked for a flu vaccine but on arrival was told I should have had a phone call to reschedule. I hadn't! The pharmacist on duty wasn't able to give them. The staff rang another local chemist to see if they had a vacancy, which they did, so I was able to walk there and have it done. I'd even phoned the chemist that morning to check my appt but no-one said anything about not getting it done!

I had to change my booking on line because of illness. Confirmation emails received was confusing - the text confirmed the time I had book; however, the diary attachment had the appointment as being an hour later.

I didn't have to wait. The Dr was very gentle and made me feel ok
