Very professional and polite great service

I went in for a private flu jab and was attended to within minutes. The whole store (in Heath Road, Haywards Heath) and the room where I had the jab were clean and tidy. Most of all, the staff were friendly and helpful and clearly very competent.

It was lovely being able to book online, then turn up out in 10 minutes. Thank you

Well here a thing - a couple of weeks ago I booked my flue jab for this morning @ the Homemill House pharmacy New Milton- had a couple of e mail reminders - i arrived as arranged. The chap behind the counter asked is it a free jab or private - that surprised me as all details had been given on my booking. When I said Private - he said sorry none of us here ( 3 in the shop) are allowed to give a private jab - of course i asked why - same action / same vaccine - he was not sure - but called the other branch in town who confirmed they were able to give a private jab - i walked up to the Avenue Road Branch - filled in another form ( same as on line) and the pharmacist ( with suit and tie which impressed me) delivered my jab - all about protocols he explained - not all staff can give private jabs - it did beg several questions but so be it. So yes overall an OK service but only because there were two branches close to each other - if there had not been my arrangements for today would have been impacted - and if course still had to pay £18 ! So please kamson be careful when you accept an on line appointment that you have the correct staff in place to deliver the service - and still not sure why if you are qualified to deliver free jabs you are not permitted to deliver private jabs.

Seen very promptly even before my appointment time as I had arrived early because of using a bus. Put at ease. And so nice to be able to sit down and rest my arm on a desk to receive the injection in my chosen arm. And very skillfully done. Thank you, I will come again.

My appointment was on time. Lovely pharmacist who was very gentle when giving my flu injection.
