Good quality and service

Would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a bag from their website and received a below quality product. They posted no pictures of the actual bag they are sending you, and only stock photos of the authentic designer bag. Awful customer service and Discord group moderators. God forbid you voice a concern or state facts. They are condescending and will gaslight you before blocking and/or removing you from the Discord group. Low quality product, low quality customer service. Highway robbery. Threw away over $200 on a low tiered bag that's maybe worth $50, if that. Save your money, don't support this company. Even when they launch their "original" designs, stay far away. They should be investigated.

The customer service have been amazing every time I had a question or concern they were quick to respond and get the answers right away for me !!! Also the bags are beautiful and looks sooo beautiful and well made .. Completely in love with them !!

The products are top notch and appear to exhibit excellent quality. The cost associated with the products are nominal as compared to other sites. I am overjoyed with the items received thus far. My only grips would be the length of time from ordering to delivery and request for better packaging so that designer boxes are intact. These 2 hiccups are not deal breakers and I look forward to ordering more items soon.

If I had the option to give zero stars, that is what I would give. The quality is hit or miss, and if you were unfortunate to get bad quality and you decide that you would like to return and get a refund they will run you around in circles to then tell you that they do not give refunds on sale items. If you’re not familiar with this company, you should know that they consider all of their items sale items, so say goodbye to your money. If you are lucky enough where they agree to give you a refund after going back and forth with them and pointing out that fact, they will send you an address that doesn’t work when you try to ship it. There is so much more, but I’ve spent enough time on them already. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Oh, and if you do decide to still buy, make sure you read everything from top to bottom on the page before you purchase. The main photo that they advertise versus the item that you think you’re getting can be different.

This company promised 6-12 day shipping and quality handbags but what I received were DUDS that smelled like terrible chemicals. I have Spent an entire month waiting for an order I placed on September 8th. It finally showed up today and the product does not match the description photos, nor did it meet the promised shipping times. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are TERRIBLE. My name is Jess, they know exactly who I am because I have, and will continue to raise hell on their malpractice.
