I have ordered 5 bags from Cordaé over the past couple of years- each one has been extremely high quality and exactly as described and pictured. Of the 5 purchases, I had one issue with fulfillment/shipping- but the customer service team was extremely responsive and I did eventually received my bag. That experience, which was resolved, was a minority one relative to all of my other purchases. Would recommend!

I have purchased 4 bags from Cordae and they have been great quality. Didn’t have an issue with shipping with the exception of around the holidays but that is sometimes to be expected. I would recommend.

I’ve shopped with Cordae for numerous years and have found the quality of bags excellent and the price point exceptional. If there was an issue I received a discount, refund or was resent another bag. They have great customer service and quick response. Although shipping may be a little slower than some, I find the product is worth the extra few days of shipping!
