A box was delivered to the reception and left. I was tasked to get the box onto the 6th floor where I am situated. I then had to put the chair together myself so I would appreciate you not charging me for the installation of this chair. For some reason I was given a foot stool which I had not asked for which will need to go back also I am having trouble adjusting this chair which is causing me pain in my lower back. I am not in the office until next Monday & Tuesday as I do work from home. I would appreciate someone contacting me regarding this matter
