My order was cancelled without any explanation, and I encountered issues with the refund process. I used a gift voucher for part of the payment, and after the cancellation, I was informed that the voucher was refunded, but it’s nowhere to be found. Additionally, I did not receive any email confirming the refund of my own money. Customer care has been giving vague replies, and it’s taking an unreasonable amount of time to resolve this simple query. Moreover, the app has constant issues: old items added to the basket don’t disappear, and it’s impossible to remove them. Due to this, I can’t make any purchases through the app. I strongly suggest you improve both your customer support and app functionality.

My order is already stuck at customs for days because LN-CC did not provide the correct shipping documents.
