*There is no update until now. I am done with the endless waiting. Original post: I bought a Lemaire soft game bag on LN-CC, and the zipper fell apart as soon as I received it. Despite reporting the issue to customer service immediately, no solution has been provided. Initially, they said they would send a new zipper, but then they retracted that promise, and I've received no further updates. It's been a month now, and the bag remains unusable. Every week, I receive an automated email asking me to wait, but there's no real progress. I'm extremely frustrated with this situation. I spent hundreds of Euros on a defective bag, and LN-CC's quality control and customer service have been severely lacking. I don’t know if Lemaire produce bad quality items, but clearly LNCC had not done any quality control. At first, I was understanding and willing to have the zipper replaced or to take the bag to a tailor if needed. However, the consistent lack of communication and resolution has been unacceptable. This experience has been the worst I've ever had with a retailer, and it feels like a scam.

Never received, order canceled due to insufficient stock.

I've made an order 30 days ago. The order was never delivered, the customer service was never able to help, and neither the store nor the courier were able to provide any relevant infos. It's been 30 days and I'm still waiting — no refund, no news, nothing, even though I've contacted LN-CC more than 5 times. This is unacceptable.

I bought a pair of Gentle Monster glasses from LNCc and there is no authentication card, no case, no wipes that always come with Gentle Monster sunglasses. How do I know It not a fake product. Every pair of gentle monster product comes with the card and accessories. Your online chat customer service insists everything was sent. This is my second time ordering with LN-CC, and although the deals are amazing, the quality checks are not right. This recent order was for a lohja jacket from rains. When it arrived, it REEKED of what I could only describe as animal urine. I have been airing it out for over 7 days, and it still remains to smell horrid. Customer service has only asked for pictures 2 seperate times, and havent offered much explanation or help so far. Still waiting for a response, but most likely will not purchase from here again.
