My first order was too small and I wanted to buy the exact item one size bigger. I was using the welcome code and as promised on in the help center: (articles/360007516800-Can-I-reuse-my-welcome-code-if-I-decide-to-return-or-cancel-my-order) I was asking for the replacement code. Answer was no that ln-cc is not providing a replacement code. Help center article is still online. In the end I have ordered the item in another store.
