The box came open

The box came open! I ordered a Bottega large hop bag. UPS said if I take the box opened and if the bag was missing they couldn't do anything about it. My tip for this store is to please to better at packaging! How can a box with such an expensive bag be open? I was fortunate enough that the bag was not stolen but it took the whole experience away for me!

Das Paar Sneakers von Rick Owens entsprach genau meiner Vorstellung. Die Lieferzeit betrug nur eine Woche, und die Schuhe waren in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder bei LN-CC bestellen und kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Eventually I got my order

Edit_2025/01/27_ After an enduring process and writing many emails to UPS and LN-CC Customer Care and waiting for answers, my package finally arrived (2 weeks late). I've been told that UPS caused the issue, and I was offered free express shipping the next time.

I’ve ordered the jacket on the Tuesday 7th January and i’ve paid £15 for the EXPRESS DELIVERY but received it on Monday 13th. Ask for delivery refund because the late shipment but they refused to give.

Very bad customer service. I’ve sent two emails to customer service and have received very little correspondence.

6 weeks refund, zero comms

Order 3 items on the 4/12/24. One item arrived smashed, another didn't fit. I returned the 2 items on 23/12/24. I have an update from Customs in Italy stating the broker, LNCC, needed to share more info. I email LNCC and receive a generic "we're looking into this". I continue to write 4 more emails and receive no reply. Today is the 21/1/25 and I am told on a phone call to LNCC that they received the goods on the 15/1/25 and it takes 2 weeks to "review the refund". I was also told it was "not LNCCs fault" the goods got stuck in customs, despite me including all invoices and despite UPS asking me to contact LNCC on their behalf. The CS rep on the phone is pretty defensive and unhelpful. I'm looking at around 6 weeks for a refund. Lack of communication makes it painful to deal with.
