The items from here are absolutely gorgeous and the customer service is amazing! I had an issue with a piece that I had for a while and was asking about a repair- they got back in contact with me and offered me a full replacement no questions asked! This is very generous for a small business & I would absolutely use them again & recommend.

I have brought several pieces of jewellery from Florence London all have been fine until I purchased a signature necklace. Two of the letters tarnished I contacted the company and they said they changed the size of letters so they couldn’t replace them. Then two other letters actually fell off of the necklace and I contacted them again and they said to send the necklace back. They replaced the letters that had fallen off so they obviously have that size lettering still so they could have replaced the tarnished ones but they didn’t. I was accused of bullying when I tried to express I wasn’t happy with the quality of the necklace. This company is very helpful when trying to sell but unfortunately extremely unhelpful when there is a problem.

I wanted a special item of jewellery which I could were every day to represent my two children. I came across Florence London at a Christmas fair and took a leaflet home. After lots of scrolling (I wanted it all) i decided on a bangle which looked great for everyday wear but still special. I was a little unsure on the specific of the engraving but I sent a quick Instagram message and they came back with really helpful videos and pictures which they took just for me. The bangle arrived and it is so perfect! Can’t wait to add more of their jewellery to my collection.

Ordered a child’s personalised bangle - Pros - fast delivery, came in nice packaging. Cons- the personalisation did not come as expected or as advertised. It was so small you couldn’t really see it on the bangle and it had huge gaps between the lettering which the one advertised didn’t have. You have to order from the company without actually knowing what the item looks like and then you can’t return it when it comes not as advertised. Spoke to customer services who did reply quickly but wasn’t happy with the outcome. They advised me to purchase a new bracelet from them at a discounted rate however that would mean I’d be paying over £60 for a bracelet. Regarding the sizing, advertised from 2 years plus. This falls straight off my two and a half year old. I’d say more 4+ however every child is different.

I purchase a necklace that was personalised. Was advertised as silver. Unfortunately I had a reaction to the chain and have been unable to wear. In all fairness I reached out to the company through their WhatsApp and had a fast response. I’ve never had a reaction to any jewellery previously. They have given me a partial refund which I think I think is acceptable given the item was personalised. I was impressed by their fast response.
