Wow! I just received my order of gifts for upcoming birthdays and I was pretty taken aback by the quality of the jewellery, which is outstanding. Everything is superb from the jewellery itself to the packaging and care instructions. Delivery was very speedy (2 days from ordering) and the team were brilliant in helping me choose what to order for some very picky friends birthdays.

Avoid…shocking quality, snapped within weeks. Really disappointing when you purchase a gold chain and within 4 weeks it isn’t gold anymore, and the neckless has snapped. I didn’t think anything could be worse than the quality of the neckless, but I was wrong… their customer support is shocking.

Horrendous customer service and terrible quality Bought a gold initial necklace from Florence London and within 4 weeks the clasp has broken and the gold has already worn off. The customer service claims this is all wear and tear and will not offer a return and refund. Terrible quality - do not waste your time or money!

I have the gold and cream hinge bangle and it's absolutely beautiful. I was originally brought the bangle without the hinge as a gift, however it was way too big for my wrist. I would suggest getting the hinge bangle if you have small/medium wrists. Looks lovely with my other gold
